These terms apply to the Renuvo informational website and Blog and founding-partner application process. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
“Renuvo,” “we,” and “us” refer to Renuvo, a product of Fivante LLC. If you submit an application for a business, you should be authorized to share its information.
Pre-launch information
Renuvo is in development. The website describes the intended direction of a platform for branded memberships, prepaid packages, service credits, passes, rewards, and customer experiences.
Features, examples, availability, and plans may change. Illustrative businesses, programs, and prices are examples rather than evidence of existing customers, confirmed functionality, or Renuvo pricing.
The website does not create a finalized pricing offer, a service commitment, an account, or an agreement to provide a particular product. Any future participation or product terms would be provided separately.
Founding-partner applications
Participation, timing, and available functionality may vary while Renuvo expands its founding-business program.
Applying does not create a payment obligation. Submission does not create an account or grant product access. Please provide accurate information and do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
Founding-partner participation may involve early workflows and feedback conversations. An application does not guarantee a particular feature, integration, onboarding date, period of free access, or launch support.

Acceptable use
You may use the site to learn about Renuvo and express interest in the beta. Do not:
- Use the site unlawfully, submit deceptive information, or impersonate another person or business.
- Attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, or introduce harmful code.
- Abuse the application form through spam or automated submissions.
- Infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Intellectual property
The Renuvo name, brand materials, site design, and content are owned by their respective rights holders. Visiting this website does not transfer ownership or grant permission to use Renuvo branding in a way that suggests an affiliation or endorsement.
You retain any rights you have in information you submit. By sharing it for the founding-partner application process, you permit its use for reviewing and responding to your application as described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party services and links
The site uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting and delivery and Web3Forms for email delivery of founding-partner form submissions. The site may also link to third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability and operation are outside Renuvo’s direct control.
References to POS, booking, or business-management platforms are context about a business’s current setup. They do not establish a Renuvo integration, partnership, or endorsement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this informational website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will always be available, free from errors, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Do not rely on pre-launch descriptions as a promise of future features or business results. We do not promise revenue growth, savings, or other performance outcomes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Renuvo is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this informational site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights where doing so would be unlawful.
Restriction of site access
We may change, pause, or restrict access to the website or application process, including to address misuse, technical issues, or changes in development plans. Availability of the site does not guarantee continued availability of the beta.
