About this policy
This policy describes the Renuvo informational website and Blog and founding-partner application process. It does not describe a fully launched Renuvo product.
In this policy, “Renuvo,” “we,” and “us” refer to Renuvo, a product of Fivante LLC.
Information you provide
The founding-partner form asks for your name, email address, and business name, and optionally your business website or social profile. It also asks about your business type, city and state, number of locations, how often your repeat customers return, the tools you currently use to run your business, and which of those is most central to your operations.
Your answers also cover what your business offers today, what you would be interested in exploring with Renuvo, your biggest challenge with repeat customers, anything else you would like Renuvo to help you do, when you might want to test, and whether you are open to a short feedback call. We also receive information you choose to share in direct conversations.
Naming a platform you use today records only your current setup. It does not mean that platform integrates with, partners with, supports, or has approved Renuvo.
Provide only information needed for the application or conversation. Do not include customer lists, payment-card details, passwords, health information, or other sensitive personal information.
Website data, analytics, and cookies
No dedicated analytics service, advertising pixel, or Renuvo tracking-cookie code is enabled in the current website implementation. This does not mean that every service involved in delivering the site is unable to receive technical information.
Hosting and delivery providers may process basic traffic and security information, such as requested pages, request times, IP addresses, and browser information, to deliver the website and investigate errors or abuse.
The form is part of this website and does not embed a third-party page. Answers are sent through a narrow Cloudflare Pages Function to Web3Forms for email delivery. We will update this policy if the website’s analytics or tracking setup changes.
How information may be used
- Review founding-partner applications and understand whether the developing product may fit a business’s needs.
- Contact applicants about participation, questions, feedback sessions, and related Renuvo product updates.
- Learn from feedback to inform early workflows and product priorities.
- Operate the website and application process, respond to requests, and address security or legal matters.
Applying does not automatically approve participation or create a payment obligation. Application review and follow-up are separate from any future product agreement.
Service providers and third-party links
We may use service providers to operate parts of the website and beta application process.
Form processing. The founding-partner form is submitted to a third-party form processor, currently Web3Forms, for email delivery. Your answers are transmitted to and handled by that processor under its own terms and privacy practices; see Web3Forms’ privacy policy. The processor may record limited technical information about a submission in the course of delivering it. This website does not keep a response database. Responses delivered by email remain in Renuvo’s inbox for application review and follow-up.
Website hosting. Cloudflare Pages is the hosting and delivery provider. Where Cloudflare serves this site, it may process request information to provide and protect the service. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its practices.
Information may also need to be disclosed when required by applicable law or to address misuse of the site. Links to other websites take you to services with their own practices, which this policy does not control.
Retention and security
Retention periods for founding-partner applications are being established. The intended approach is to keep information only as long as reasonably needed to review applications, manage participation and follow-up, address requests, and meet applicable legal obligations.
No website, storage system, or method of transmission can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive information through the application form.
Your choices and communications
You can choose not to apply or not to provide optional information. If we contact you, you can reply to correct your details, withdraw your interest, or ask to stop nonessential product updates.
You may also ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided. How a request can be handled depends on applicable law, the information involved, and any legitimate need to retain it. Use the contact information below.
Children’s information
This website and the founding-partner application are intended for business owners and representatives, not children. Please do not submit information about children. If you believe a child’s information was provided, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website and founding-partner process develop. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes to the application process or information practices will be reflected here.
